FND_NEW_MESSAGES API

FND_NEW_MESSAGES API:

The FND_NEW_MESSAGES table in the database stores all Oracle Applications messages for all languages. The below API is used to load new error messages in FND_NEW_MESSAGES table.

fnd_new_messages_pkg.load_row
